The room service was a joke-when we asked for water, it never showed up. After hours of waiting, we ended up buying our own. Just frustrating!

It was a nice hotel with pool views and good Wi-Fi. The pool was good and I had refreshing drinks in the sky bar. Wake up service, a complimentary breakfast and ironing were available for free too. I did not want to leave, so can recommend this venue.
Nothing atall!

We had a free and marvellous breakfast with sushi. The location was very central, close enough to Avari Towers Karachi, the airpot and transport. It also was near empress mall which is a shopping district.

The bed was very comfortable with many pillows and the W-Lan was reliable and stable.
Attention at breakfast - I ate a fried egg which caused a massive intestinal problem. In the hotel it is better to eat what is properly cooked.

I had a pleasant stay here, enjoying refreshing rooms and a fantastic breakfast variety. The staff was mostly professional, though service could be a bit inconsistent. The dinner prices felt steep, and spa timing was inconvenient at times. A solid choice for a comfortable experience.

breakfast should be a little more adapted for the european as well. bakery things are no good. rolls and bread everything soft and soggy. you can forget about sausage and cheese. you will be filled with fried eggs very well, fruits as well. toast is ok, then jam on it instead of sausage and cheese. after coffee and tea one runs after; taste good but rarely come by themselves. salt and pepper must be collected from other tables.
is generally objectionable in hotels. check-in time is 2 pm although rooms are available. one tries to squeeze an extra day in. if one leaves in the morning at 8 a. m., of course, one does not pay anything. i came at 4 o'clock and got out of the sofa in the lobby, they didn't like that of course, at 8 o'clock they gave me the room so that i could just leave. i have already educated myself a little bit in some hotels that respond to my wishes. women at the reception are often very stroppy, in this hotel. gentlemen are always nice.

An Amazing Stay Worth Every Penny!
The rooftop dining experience was good with attentive service. For a special treat, don't miss the newly refurbished Japanese restaurant, which rivals any high-end place globally. Pro tip, ask for fresh local dessert recommendations!

We had booked the apartment with four people, it was super big, clean and had everything to offer.
The residents above the apartment are very, very loud. Until early in the morning there was trampling around. That was a pain in the ass.

I've been there repeatedly and if you need something extra it never takes any effort to organize it.
Towels were missing and the service was totally overloaded because the hotel was overbooked. . In the room you could have wiped dust.
